MTE “25 Awardee Info, Rules & Guidelines

 
 

Congratulations on making history! We thank you for all you have done & the changes you will continue to make as you touch more & more lives on a daily basis. On February 25, 2023 “The Greatest Night In Education” will take place where we will celebrate your time, efforts & hard work within the education field. We look forward to seeing each & everyone of you. Below you will find a list of items that we need you to check the boxes on to make your process as a smooth as possible.   1. Please be sure to add our email to your contacts or preferred email list so important updates aren’t missed or there aren’t any delays.

  2. Please send us a professional headshot of yourself. This picture will be used for flyers, promotional & media use (MTE Awards only).

  3. Awardees are allowed to bring a plus 1 free of charge. Please include their name & if there are any special accommodations needed.

  4. If any family or friends are purchasing tickets & everyone wants to sit together please be sure we are notified asap. Upon purchasing tickets individuals will be allowed to input this info as well.

  5. Each awardee will be given 45 sec of talk time once they accept their award on stage.

  6. Each Awardee will be given free valet (1 car only)

  7. During the next 30-60 days our production team will reach out to you to capture video, voice recordings, pics etc. All used for MTE Awards media. There will be no 3rd party access to any media

  8. There will be a red carpet interview area setup. We ask politely that you take a moment and perform an Interview w/ Ladonna Raeh.

  9. Dress code: formal.

  10. Our floor crew will be walking around to assist you with anything or questions you or your party may have during the ceremony.

  11. Please be aware that our production crew will be on the floor at all times capturing photo & video during the event.

  12. There will be alcohol served at this event.

  13. Children are welcomed to attend & must have a separate ticket purchase since they will account for a seat. There will be no children allowed to lapsit due to fire code restrictions.

  14. Please be aware that immediately after the awards ceremony is over there will be an after party. Light bites non alcohol & alcoholic beverages will be served.

  15. You will be notified once tickets go on sale
